Service Fees
Evergreen Hamlets cares for young adults that qualify for the facility's Young Adults Complex Care Program. These adults must be between the ages of 19 and 64. Complex Care includes adults that have behavioural problems such as being socially inappropriate or aggressive. It also includes those who are unable to communicate needs, require total care for all activities of daily living, or require a secure environment.
Evergreen Hamlets offers Complex Care to all residents which includes:
Care for those requiring long-term professional care
- Respite Care for residents allows family caregivers private time and rest
- Convalescent Care for recovery following hospital discharge
- Care for those requiring support and comfort in the last stages of terminal illness
The following services are provided with the Service Fees:
- Administering of medication by a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Full Meal Service including snacks
- Dietary planning of nutritious breakfasts, lunches and dinners
- Assistance with Personal Care & Bathing as required
- Housekeeping, Laundry & Linen Service
- In House Recreational Therapy, Physiotherapy consultations
- 24 hr Nursing Care
