 Evergreen Cottages Adult Care Community consists of three bright and spacious buildings on a secured and beautifully landscaped property in the Fleetwood Area of Surrey BC. Evergreen Cottages is a progressive Adult Care Community providing professional 24 hr professional nursing care & security to individuals with Brain Injury, Huntington's Chorea, Multiple Sclerosis and Cerebral Palsy.
At Evergreen Cottages our first priority is the comfort and security of our residents. Our professional care-staff understand our residents' needs for health, security, and privacy and they show respect for confidentiality of personal and family affairs.
At Evergreen Cottages our staff members strive to meet the individual needs of each of our residents.
Our Director of Care works with each resident's physician, family, therapists and social workers to determine the daily care plan to be followed and assisted by our professional 24 hr nursing and care staff.
At Evergreen Cottages we encourage resident independence and hold regular care team meetings to re-evaluate the progress and changing needs of each resident. Our philosophy ensures that the best possible care is provided and that each resident is treated with dignity and respect.
