Evergreen Hamlets consists of three bright and spacious buildings on a secured and beautifully landscaped property in the Fleetwood Area of Surrey BC. Evergreen Hamlets is a progressive Adult Care Community providing professional 24 hr professional nursing care & security to individuals with Brain Injury, Huntington's Chorea, Multiple Sclerosis and Cerebral Palsy.
At Evergreen Hamlets our first priority is the comfort and security of our residents. Our professional care-staff understand our residents' needs for health, security, and privacy and they show respect for confidentiality of personal and family affairs.
At Evergreen Hamlets our staff members strive to meet the individual needs of each of our residents. We understand that all people experience life facing different challenges. While meeting these challenges, we believe that each resident is entitled to be treated with dignity, respect and support. Residents and their families have a right to privacy and confidentiality, to be informed of and consent to treatment, and to take reasonable, informed risks.
We understand that individuals living at Evergreen Hamlets have complex physical and psychological needs that are best addressed through interdisciplinary teamwork. We believe in evidence based practices and encourage our staff to actively seek learning opportunities.
Our Resident Care Manager (R.N.) works with each resident's family, their physicians and therapists to determine the daily care plan to be followed and assisted by our professional 24 hr nursing and care staff . We encourage resident independence and hold regular care team meetings to re-evaluate the progress and changing needs of each resident. Our philosophy ensures that the best possible care is provided and that each resident is treated with dignity and respect.
